How to get there?
Flanders Expo is easily accessible and has a very large parking area. There are separate parking places for exhibitors. Both during the build-up and the day itself there will be stewards and signage present to guide you.
You will find Flanders Expo near exit 14 of the E40 Brussels-Ostend highway. Follow “EXPO” on the signs on the highway.
Coming from Antwerp (E17): at the interchange ‘Zwijnaarde/Destelbergen’ take R4 (Eeklo /Expo – The Loop).
Coming from Brussels: to avoid traffic jams, take exit 16 (Merelbeke) and continue on the R4 in the direction of Eeklo /Ghent.
Coming from Kortrijk: follow the signs with “EXPO” at the Zwijnaarde/Destelbergen interchange.
Your GPS might not bring you to the right place on the site. Therefore, follow the signs with “EXPO” to the car park. Traffic app ‘Waze’ will bring you to the right place.
