Once you’ve completed this form, we’ll send you an email with a price proposal and contract. Your registration is only final after the contract has been signed.

Select the type of stall that best fits your activity

The outdoor area is food court only. No other type of stands are allowed outside. To participate outdoors you must bring your own tent, small trailer or food truck.

If you wish to sell food served on site, choose one of the following:

• Indoor food stall (bakeries, candy, fresh meals…)
• Outdoor food stall if you only need 3m x 3m (tent or small trailer < 3m)
• Outdoor food truck for a bigger spot

Choose indoor stall for any other type of activity such as selling pre-packaged food, non-food, information…

Floorplan

The floor plan is updated regularly. However, we cannot guarantee that the currently available spots will still be available at the time of booking. Your stand location will be confirmed by mail.

For the outdoor area, exhibitors cannot choose a specific location. The layout will be determined based on the size and number of food trucks. Preferences may be submitted and will be taken into consideration where possible.

What’s included

The rented stand space consists of floor space only and does not include electricity, furniture (such as tables or chairs), walls, or decoration.

Each stand, regardless of size, includes one parking space and four exhibitor passes for staff or volunteers.

These passes are intended for internal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes such as contests or promotions.
